Pawsitive Steps Rescue

We have the following pets available for adoption:

Willow- 6 mo female Rottweiler.
Willow was injured when she fell from her owner's moving vehicle.  Willow suffered severe nerve damage to her paw and when her previous owners could not afford to pay for the surgery they were going to put her to sleep.  Thanks to our wonderful clients and Tattoo Junkies (www.tatjunkies.com) we were able to pay for her surgery.  Willow likes cats and dogs and of course adores everyone she meets.  Willow is awaiting her forever home.  If you would like more information on Willow please email becky@pawsitivestepsk9.com

Munchkin- N/M 9 yr old Seal Point Hymalian (declawed)
Munchkin (aka Big Boy) came in with his sister Sophia (see below) as the result of a job loss.  Munchkin is a regal male "Himmy".  He can be aloof at times but is a love bug when he wants attention.  He is an absolute knock-out! and just a funny guy.  While they did not live with dogs both Munchkin and his sister Sophia are good with dogs.  Munchkin would love the back of a couch and a sunny spot in your home to call home for the holidays.  Safe Haven requires that all adopted cats are kept as indoor only kitties, and this is especially important for declawed kitties who outside would be left unable to defend themselves.  For adoption information please visit www.safehavenhumanesociety.org or stop by and see this wonderful cat in person.

Sophia- S/F 4 yr old Domestic Long Hair, gray and white
Sophia came in with her brother Munchkin as the result of a job loss.  Sophia is a total love who adores toys and any human contact she can get.  She likes other cats and dogs and is a sweet younger sister to her brother Munchkin.  Sophia has a throid condition and requires daily meds.  She is a VERY easy cat to medicate and her medication only costs between $12-15/month.  Sophia likes "cat naps" in sunny spaces and loves to play with her toys.  She is a total sweetheart and would bring joy to any home.  Please help send Sophia Home For The Holidays!  Come visit her at Pawsitive Steps in Eliot and for adoption information please go to www.safehavenhumanesociety.org.
